Last Sunday, my mother-in-law and me tried to make pisang aroma (banana that is wrapped with spring roll skin). Actually, I was the one who inspired to make pisang aroma because suddenly this snack appeared in my mind. Hahaha..
The ingredients are very simple and easy to find at supermarket and/or traditional market. You only need banana (we chose pisang uli), flour, sugar, salt, one egg, and spring roll skin (kulit lumpia), meises ceres, and oil. And how to make it? Simple! First, you have to mix flour, sugar, salt, and one egg. Then, dab this mixture on top of spring roll skin. And then, cut the banana into two pieces. Put banana on the top of spring roll skin that has been dabbed by the mixture of flour, sugar, salt, and egg. Then, fry it! Hohoho..
